Bolina Sail & FVG Marinas
FVG Marinas collaborates with Bolina Sail to reduce the human impact on the marine ecosystem.
The Friuli Venezia Giulia marina network promotes the recycling of old sails, offering itself as a collection point throughout the region.
The established partnership will allow the to recycle more and more; sails, for the benefit of the territory and all customers.
Do you have a used sail?
We can recycle it.
Bring your sails to members of the FVG Marinas network and immediately receive a discount voucher to choose your favorite product!
Which sails can be recycled? We currently retire:
- Sails in white dacron (e.g. mainsail, jib, genoa)
- Sails/Kitesurf Wings. We love the colors too!
Don't worry if they are damaged or torn, we will find the best way to reuse the fabrics.
What we do NOT take back: racing sails, as they are not currently suitable for recycling. But we're working on it!
